I was amazed to find a 100% gluten free restaurant on my travels through Bogota. I had the Steak sandwich and then a selection of doughnuts to take away. Everything was delicious and as a coeliac it felt so good not to have to worry about cross contamination. I need this restaurant to come to England :-)

The place is nice and the staff is friendly. They have a menu that proposes to be food with high nutritional value and it is different. We tried their French toast on sago and tapioca bread. I thought it was pretty simple, but it was also probably because I ordered them without Greek yogurt and they didn't have a vegan option. The lobster sandwich was also interesting, but it made our stomachs a little upset, even though we assumed they won't use hydrogenated vegetable oils. In general the food is very incipient since the macadamia flour is quite invaded. I wouldn't return, but the proposal to use other types of ingredients in the preparations is interesting.

We tried 2 cheese cakes, they were really delicious. 1 muffin and a pistachio cake, these two for my taste need to find a point. I understand that it is all with top ingredients, but a touch more sweetness would be nice. It is expensive, but you can understand it because of the ingredients. And the atmosphere is very nice, a little sterile... I would like it to have more personality, but that's my taste. The staff especially friendly and charming

This is an amazing place! I have been to the Nutcracker at least 5 times now. This place specializes if delicious but healthy food.nnSo I have had a large variety of food from here and nothing has ever been bad. This last time I had the lobster sandwich and it was just so amazing. On my previous visits I probably have tried 50% of the breakfast items and really nothing bad at all. Everything has had very good flavor and fresh.nnOf course this isn’t just a restaurant they have many bakery items you can buy to take home and once again I have had nothing bad. I have love every item and only issue I ever had is making sure I eat slow to enjoy it, it is that good!nnSo next is service and over all it has been fast. Only one time it was a little slow but they were packed. Honestly the food is so good I didn’t mind the wait and the staff are always nice to us. A very enjoyable experience. The atmosphere to me is nicely decorated and relaxing and always clean.nnI highly recommend nutcracker for their delicious food and it’s not just delicious but healthy. I will be back again very soon!
