Great place, small and cozy! We loved the Arenas because they weren't greasy, and the Pisco Sours are fantastic. Plus, the owner is very attentive and friendly, and the kitchen team is fantastic!

I have Celiac disease and am traveling in Peru. I don’t speak Spanish and have been struggling to find safe things to eat since my arrival 11 days ago. I’ve had some bad experiences in Peru eating gluten-free.nI’ve been looking forward to my time in Cusco, specifically because I’ve been reading about many good restaurants offering GF menu items. Tonight, my wife and daughter went to Aton Cusco, primarily because of the many, MANY excellent reviews for this completely GF establishment. I am so glad we did! My wife and daughter, neither of whom are GF, could not have enjoyed themselves more. I think it was Aton himself that greeted us and was our server. He was delightful, warm, and friendly. His genuine and infectious smile never left his face the entire time we were there.nThe food was good, although to be completely honest, was not incredible. I had chorizo with cheese and sausage with cheese arepas. My wife and daughter shared the 4 mini hamburgers with fries. I enjoyed a very nice pisco sour that was presented beautifully. The food was good, there was more than we could finish, and the prices were astonishingly little compared to what I’m used to back home in the United States.nThe restaurant is tiny. When I say tiny, I mean it is easily the smallest restaurant I’ve ever eaten in. I could see someone being concerned about how small and packed this place is, but if you can get over that potential concern, you quickly realize that those conditions truly add to Aton Cusco’s charm. This restaurant may not be a good fit for a foodie or someone looking for a high-class experience, but for almost everyone else, I can’t recommend Aton Cusco enough! Our experience was an absolute delight, and may end up being the one meal my family and I remember the most from our near month long vacation to Peru. Do yourself a favor, and make the effort to get a bite to eat and a drink at Aton Cusco.

Good food, delicious pisco sours, and excellent service. Recommended.
